As we look back on our recent Annual Staff Retreat 2024, it’s clear that we hopped on an unforgettable journey of team bonding, planning, and growth. From February 22nd to February 27th, we gathered together for a week filled with good fellowship, laughter, and strategic brainstorming for the year ahead.
One of the highlights of our retreat was the meticulous planning for 2024. We set out our goals with clarity and determination, crafting a roadmap to success for our organization. Each department contributed their insights, and together, we charted a course for achievement.
When people hear about a strategic planning retreat, all they think about is work. Come on! Our retreat wasn’t just about work, it was about building stronger connections within our team. Through fun and engaging activities, we laughed, played, and got to know each other on a deeper level. These moments of fellowship have solidified our bonds, making our team stronger and more cohesive than ever before.
