Raya Salim is a Geography and Environmental Studies graduate at University of Dodoma (UDOM) with a strong interest in environmental, marine and coastal conservation. She has gained practical exposure through environmental fieldwork with the National Environment Management Council (NEMC) in Mwanza and continues to build her professional experience through volunteering and conservation-related training programmes.
Raya is passionate about mentoring youths, community engagement, and contributing to efforts that promote healthy and resilient marine and coastal ecosystems. Her long-term goal is to build a strong career in conservation and contribute meaningfully to environmental protection and sustainable development here in Tanzania.
