Sarah John Nchagwa, a dedicated community development and expert. with over five years of
experience in Planning and Community Development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in
Planning and community development form Institute of Rural Development Planning, Diploma in
community Development from The Mwalimu Nyerere Memorial Academy and Certificate in
Community Development from The Mwalimu Nyerere Memorial Academy. Sarah experience in
Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs) management, and sustainable community
development, oversight and monitoring of performance of community, and maintenance of data
base for community development for livelihood training at community level, by facilitating
financial inclusion and value chain development for coastal communities. Her development
support and coordinated market development as Livelihood Associate.
